COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa (WOWT) - Council Bluffs Police say some historical markers have been stolen. According to a Facebook Post from the Council Bluffs Police Department, the Historical Society of Pottawattamie County reported that three brass historical markers have been stolen in the past week.
